As a Production Manager at Namaste India Events, I oversea all technical, logistical, and operational aspects of event production from planning through execution and teardown. Working closely with the Events team, clients, vendors, and internal teams, the Production Manager ensures that events run smoothly, on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
